Our initial sessions will be dedicated to assessing your current position and creating a personalized plan to fit your unique needs and goals. If it's career goals we'll explore what we need to work on first and we'll make a plan of attack that we both work towards.
If it's business goals, we'll discuss the priorities and work a strategy that supports you. Either way it has to be personalized so you get the most from our sessions together.

what will it cost me?
It starts with time. It’s going to cost you at least one hour per week for us to grow together. That’s important to state up front. We can build in some flexibility if that works? In terms of cost our sessions start at £75 ($100) per hour. There’s discounts for low income earners and others. We can discuss further on our initial call together.
how do i grow my business?
If you’ve started a business and feel a bit stuck we can work with you. We’ll first need to understand a bit about your journey, then we’ll help you gain some clear thinking before getting into vision thinking. We can help you with strategy and forward planning and work with you on exit planning too.
Can we meet in person?
If we are working together on a business project and there’s reason to meet in person then of course we can. Please note other charges may apply including reasonable travel expenses.
can we cancel working together?
Of course we can! We don’t tie you or your business to any contracts. Just a verbal commitment to grow together. If for any reason you (or we) decide it’s not the right fit, we can simply move away on different paths.
Can you help me get a new job?
Absolutely we can! Coaching others to understand their true value is what drives us the most! We can work with you to understand your value and what you offer to a new job role. We’ll help you position yourself for success! We’ll coach you right up until the interview, massively elevating your chances of success. We’ve helped many others and can support you too.
